Important Installation Note:
For those adding LED lights to an already installed pergola, the gutters must be disassembled to accommodate the LED strip, which fits into a groove on the side of the gutter.

Please note that the following warranty does not cover man-made damage, improper use, or force majeure events.

Warranty Period & Coverage:

  1. First Year to Third Year
  2. After Warranty Period

Required Information for Warranty Claims:

To help us process your warranty claim, please provide the following:

  1. Invoice Number
  2. Pictures and videos showing the defective accessories

Warranty Details:

Aluminum Structure: 10 Years

Kustom Pergolas warrants the aluminum structure for 10 years from the delivery date.
Example: If the aluminum extrusion parts crack or warp under normal usage (excluding force majeure factors), they will be covered.

Powder Coating: 5 Years

Kustom Pergolas warrants the powder coat for 5 years (8 years for Kustom M6 pergolas)  from the delivery date.
Example: If the powder-coated surface experiences serious discoloration or peeling, it will be covered.

Tips for Care:

  1. Avoid dragging profiles on the ground and refrain from collision with metal surfaces or uneven walls.
  2. After setting up the pergola, test the structure thoroughly before removing the surface film.

Motor: 3 Years | Remote: 1 Year

  • Motor: Kustom Pergolas warrants the motor for 3 years from the delivery date.
    Example: If the motor experiences a short circuit, it will be covered.
  • Remote: Kustom Pergolas warrants the remote for 1 year from the delivery date.
    Example: If the remote experiences a malfunction, it will be covered.

LED Light: 1 Year

Kustom Pergolas warrants the LED lighting against any defects for 1 year from the delivery date.
Example: If the LED light experiences a short circuit, it will be covered.

Free Delivery on All Kustom Pergolas Orders within Australia

We offer free shipping to all metro areas and most regional locations across Mainland Australia. Once your order is shipped, our dedicated delivery team will arrange a convenient time to deliver your Kustom Pergolas directly to your doorstep. Delivery will take between 60 to 70 days (2-3 months), and no forklift is needed for unloading.
